What makes you different than an agency?
We are a start to finish Brand LAB that will provide you in-house services without the price tag. We navigate every part of your marketing, messaging, and branding needs from from the moment a potential customer 1st experiences you through their onboarding process. So it is fully cohesive and optimized.
What do I get for my hours each week?
You have 12 hours of support TEAM services that we prioritize based on your needs. We will work with you to provide daily updates, get approval on tasks and keep you fully informed on workflow. The tasks we do can shift with the changing priorities of your business - it's why we have a full team of: Creatives, Techs, Admin support and more, to leverage in one place, for YOU! Additionally you get access to a weekly Q&A call with Melissa!
What if I am not sure what to outsource?
Don't worry! We've built an onboarding process for just that. We will look at the holes and opportunities in your business and together, pick a phase one and phase two of what we will focus on. You will find over time, more and more things can be outsourced as we get to know your business and you and you will get so much time back! Plus, weekly Q&A calls with Melissa are a great way to brainstorm on additional outsourcing opportunities to bring more ease.
Do you work with paid ads or other team members?
Yes, we love working with other team members! And while we don't run paid ads within the Brand LAB currently, we have partners that we have worked with successfully.
What if I don't have enough projects to fill the time?
Don't you worry! There are always enough projects! Whether it's day-to-day tasks or taking on overhaul and reorganization projects, we make sure to fill your hours and bring ideas for making your business run more smoothly and deliver you massive value.
How do I get support?
We use a platform called Slack where you'll have your own private channel with your entire TEAM on it to respond to any ideas, questions, or needs. We will also provide daily updates there. You will have one weekly meeting with your TEAM member to go through things and have access to a weekly call with Melissa, too! The Team is in Slack 7 days a week, so your progress keeps going, no matter what.
What types of services do you provide?
We focus on 3 main areas: Creatives (graphic design, video editing, content creation), Admin (organization, systems, tracking clients, leads, payments, managing calendar, booked calls and more) and Techs (automations, operations, back-end support, website support). Our goal is to provide an entire TEAM of diversified skill-sets so you can have all of your needs met in one place. We do not offer: bookkeeping or take sales calls for clients.
